This Application License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of Manifesting-IT's mobile applications and related software (collectively, the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Manifesting-IT grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control.

2. Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except to the extent permitted by law.

3. Ownership

The App, including all content, features, and intellectual property, is owned by Manifesting-IT or its licensors. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights.

4. Updates and availability

We may provide updates or changes to the App from time to time. We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or that any particular feature will remain available.

5. Termination

This license remains effective until terminated. We may terminate it if you fail to comply with this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies in your possession or control.

6. Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MANIFESTING-IT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
